Architectural facade visuals illustrating real texture, joint modulation, and profile details for this fibre cement series. Available as standalone material supply or with integrated project consultancy, facade engineering, and application.
SerFibro Cornice Profiles are 20 mm thick autoclaved fibre cement horizontal facade mouldings engineered to articulate floor slab lines, eaves, and plinth transitions across residential, hospitality, and commercial buildings without introducing combustible materials onto the facade.
Two stepped cross-section geometries are supplied as standard: Model KS-01 at 200 mm width (0.500 m² in 2500 mm; 0.600 m² in 3000 mm) and Model KS-02 at 205 mm width (0.513 m² in 2500 mm; 0.615 m² in 3000 mm), both manufactured in 20 mm nominal thickness.
High-rise fire regulations strictly limit combustible EPS/XPS mouldings along floor lines where horizontal flame spread can bridge fire compartments. Autoclaved fibre cement cornices carry TS EN 13501-1 Class A1 non-combustibility, producing zero flaming droplets or toxic smoke.
Profiles are supplied either uncoated natural mineral grey or factory-coated with an alkali-resistant primer, allowing seamless overpainting with water-based acrylic or silicone exterior facade paints in white, cream, stone-beige, or contrasting anthracite tones.
External and internal building corners are cleanly mitered at 45° using PCD diamond circular saw blades. Maintain a 2–3 mm expansion gap between consecutive 2500 / 3000 mm bars and seal with paintable UV-stable polyurethane facade mastic.
KS-01 and KS-02 profiles pair directly with SerFibro Smooth Exterior Boards, ColorBoard panels, Lap Siding planks, and SF-JAMB window surrounds, sharing identical thermal expansion coefficients (αt = 0.005 mm/mK).
Because 20 mm fibre cement bars weigh ~27 kg/m², they must be mechanically fastened (countersunk stainless screws/anchors into sub-framing or masonry) combined with structural polyurethane adhesive, and sealed along the top horizontal ledge so rainwater sheds outward.
Unlike mortar-coated foam mouldings that crack under hail, ladder impacts, or woodpecker damage, autoclaved 20 mm fibre cement cornices resist freeze-thaw cycles, UV degradation, rot, and mechanical impact across decades.
Divide total horizontal floor-band length (linear meters) by 2.5 m or 3.0 m and add 5–8% miter/cutting allowance. Example: 420 linear meters + 7% waste ≈ 450 m = exactly 180 pcs of 2500 mm or 150 pcs of 3000 mm (1 full pallet).
Both KS-01 and KS-02 pack 180 pieces per 2500 mm pallet and 150 pieces per 3000 mm pallet (450 linear meters / ~90–92.25 m² geometric area per pallet), strapped with protective edge guards for mixed or full-load truck/container dispatch.
Store pallets on flat, dry indoor ground supported evenly along the 2500 / 3000 mm length. Carry long narrow profiles on edge (vertically) with two operators to prevent mid-span bending stress, and protect stepped arrises from chipping.
Importers and facade contractors frequently bundle SF-CORNICE floor bands with SF-JAMB window trims and Smooth/Siding boards in a single curtain-sider truck or 20ft container under EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, or DAP terms.
Request physical cross-section hand samples of KS-01 and KS-02 to verify step projection depth, primer finish, and interface alignment with adjacent cladding thickness before bulk dispatch.
Standard material quotations cover Fibre Cement Cornice & Floor-Band Profiles (KS-01 / KS-02) in the confirmed dimensions and surface state along with export palletising. Upon request, our CFY Engineering & Architecture team also provides architectural project design, modulation consultancy, facade engineering, substructure coordination, and professional site application as dedicated items in your quotation.
Solid 20 mm autoclaved 200 mm wide stepped architectural floor-band moulding profile in 2500 mm (180 pcs/pallet) and 3000 mm (150 pcs/pallet) lengths with Class A1 fire safety.
Solid 20 mm autoclaved 205 mm wide multi-stepped architectural cornice moulding profile in 2500 mm (180 pcs/pallet) and 3000 mm (150 pcs/pallet) lengths with Class A1 fire safety.
20 mm solid Class A1 window surrounds & corner trims in Flat, 45° Beveled (80–200 mm) and Stepped PS-01..04 (100–150 mm) profiles.
Both are 20 mm thick autoclaved Class A1 fibre cement profiles supplied in 2500 mm and 3000 mm lengths. KS-01 has a 200 mm vertical face width with symmetrical upper/lower steps (0.500 / 0.600 m²), whereas KS-02 has a 205 mm width with an asymmetric architectural step profile (0.513 / 0.615 m²).
Autoclaved fibre cement is TS EN 13501-1 Class A1 non-combustible (preventing vertical flame spread across storeys) and resists hail, mechanical impact, bird pecking, and UV/frost cracking that commonly degrade thin-coated foam mouldings.
Every standard full pallet contains 450 linear meters: either 180 pieces × 2.50 m = 450 m, or 150 pieces × 3.00 m = 450 m (90.0 m² for KS-01 and 92.25 m² for KS-02).
Yes. Profiles ordered pre-primed (or primed on site with alkali-resistant primer) can be finished in any water-based exterior acrylic/silicone architectural colour—most commonly chalk white, limestone beige, or anthracite.
