1. Squared Straight & Rectangular Module Sizing from Master Sheets
Full-size autoclaved boards (1250 × 2500, 1250 × 2800, or 1250 × 3000 mm) are divided into repeatable facade cassettes, spandrel bands, soffit strips, or modular wall infills on industrial dry-cutting lines equipped with polycrystalline diamond (PCD) blades and vacuum extraction.
- Perimeter edge squaring trim (typically 10–15 mm per outer edge on raw factory sheets) plus 3–4 mm blade kerf per cut are factored into net module yield.
- Directional surface reliefs (TX-* wood, linear, slate) and ColorBoard rear sanding arrows are strictly locked—panels are never rotated 90° without written approval.
- Immediate dry removal of alkaline mineral dust prevents pale staining on through-coloured or factory-primed faces.
